Very basic book. There felt like there was enough new material for about a chapter, and they tried to stretch it. Their attempt to explain ‘how does the brain learn’ was particularly weak. However, there are some good ideas in here, particularly about the facilitator mindset (chapter 2) and keeping the conversation moving (chapter 4). It is a fast read because the entire book is very short. I found the general facilitating principles more useful than their particular approach.    - Sharon Flicker
